Substitutes for Flesh Foods

Nut and Cream of Corn Soup

Sweet corn rubbed fine, 1 quart can.

Vegetable soup stock, 4 cups.

Salt, 1 heaping tablespoonful.

Bring to a boil, rub through a colander, reheat, and serve.
