10½ oz. Tartaric Acid.

The above must be mixed thoroughly. It should be sifted 3 or 4 times.

1½ lbs. Butter.

1½ lbs. Sugar.

1½ lbs. Raisins.

9 oz. Citron.

2¼ lbs. Bread Dough.
