Apple Stuffing. Mrs. W. H. Eckhart

Take one-half pint of apple sauce (unsweetened); add one half cup or more of bread crumbs, some powdered sage, a little chopped onion, and season with cayenne pepper. Delicious for roast geese, ducks, etc.
