The nine islands of the Azores, which some believe to be peaks of drowned Atlantis, have a store of legends all their own. These tales tell of Princess Bluegreen of the Seven Cities, why dogs sniff, Longstaff, Pinepuller and Rockheaver, Linda Branca and her mask, Peter-of-the-Pigs and a master of magic.
A charming collection of Portuguese island lore, retold for young and old readers. Download the free EPUB.
