Bounds, a Methodist minister who devoted his last years to writing on prayer, here studies the praying saints of the Old Testament one by one. Abraham the man of prayer, Moses the mighty intercessor, Elijah the praying prophet, Hezekiah the praying king, Samuel, Ezra and others show what persistent prayer can do in a life and a nation.
A devotional classic by the author of Power Through Prayer, still widely read by evangelicals. Download the free EPUB.
