Groping along a trail through dark pinelands at night, the narrator stumbles into a killing and the tale behind it. Years before, Adam Grimm was abandoned in the deserts of Inner Mongolia by a companion who stole the last camel; the priests who captured him left him horribly changed, and now something hunts that companion in America.
A grim Weird Tales horror novelette from the creator of Conan; its racial attitudes are those of 1930s pulp. Download the free EPUB.
