Into a dull London afternoon of November fog comes the eccentric Mr Francis Beveridge, lately of a private asylum. Loose in the world as the cheerful Mr Bunker, he attaches himself to the earnest Baron von Blitzenberg and leads him through cab chases across London, country houses and a long run of improbable scrapes, while two worried doctors try to catch up.
A brisk late-Victorian farce that P. G. Wodehouse fans will find very much to their taste. Download the free EPUB.
