Wodehouse’s early stories from The Captain and the Public School Magazine follow the boys of St. Austin’s: Pillingshot’s attempts to dodge work, the schemes of Charteris, the Babe and the dragon, a prize poem, and debates about cricket and Tom Brown. Short essays on school life complete the book.
The first glimmers of Wodehouse’s comic genius, in a world of studies and house matches. Download the free EPUB.
