Precious Bible

How many nations
Ne’er have heard
The precious truths
Of God’s own Word;

That the dear Savior
Came to die,
That we might dwell
With him on high.

If you had never
Heard of God,
Nor ever read
His Holy Word,

How very thankful
You would be,
A copy of God’s
Book to see!

Then, save your pennies,
Children dear,
That all, these precious
Truths may hear.
