It is Dick’s birthday, and the reader is invited to stand by while the leaves of his new scrap-book are turned. Each picture gets a short, chatty story: funny Uncle Toby, naughty Judy trying on her mistress’s finery, a little gleaner, a frightened king, a ruined tower, and a blind man and his dog Toby.
A charming Victorian picture book for reading aloud to the very young. Download the free EPUB.
