Alice Parlin, the baby sister of Susy and Prudy, is nicknamed Dotty Dimple, and this book follows her from babyhood through a party, a bone man, a pet water-kelpie, a brother she tries to buy and a family wedding. Her quick temper and big heart get her into scrapes that her family forgives with good humour.
One of the Little Prudy books that delighted American children after the Civil War, gentle and funny. Download the free EPUB.
