From C. P. W.
Feb. 14. It is supposed that the postponement of the land-sales till the allotment of lands is made will be for a year at least. I expect to find the people, though they are all members, will become profane immediately. They are depending on a chance to buy or hire land.
W. C. G. writes the next letter after having had a talk with a friend in the Twenty-Fourth Massachusetts.
