Truth has vanished from the world, and only the fairy tale can bring it back. So the animals tell the story of Two-Legs, the odd naked creature who appears among them, has a son, learns to kill, takes land, wanders, sows and gradually makes himself lord of every beast, outwitting the lion and spurning his cousin the orang-utan.
A wry fable of human history from the Danish naturalist storyteller, for thoughtful children and their parents. Download the free EPUB.
