At Wrykyn, the cricket and rugby are going badly and the house spirit is low. Then Sheen, a quiet, bookish boy, runs from a street fight with the town louts, and the school sends him a white feather. Shunned by everyone, he finds his way to Joe Bevan, a professional boxer, and begins training in secret.
Early Wodehouse school fiction with real warmth and wit, and a sequel to The Gold Bat. Download the free EPUB.
