Before the Peppers’ fortunes changed, Joel was the boy most likely to be in trouble in and around the Little Brown House. These stories follow him and little Davie through a garter snake, Deacon Brown’s nail pile, the muffin man and the tramp, an outing on Bandy Leg Mountain and the arrival of the circus, while Polly tries to keep them in order.
Gentle, funny family stories for young readers and fans of Five Little Peppers and How They Grew. Download the free EPUB.
