Tom Swift has built a rifle that fires charges of electricity through walls and trees, and he is itching to test it. When a call comes for big ivory and a rescue in Africa, he loads his airship with Ned Newton, Mr. Damon and the rest and flies off into elephant country, where far more than game awaits.
