Sent west after squandering his allowance, a wealthy young man tells his own story of learning to ride, rope and earn his keep on a ranch. He blunders into an old quarrel between neighbouring cattlemen, rides through King’s Highway into the lion’s mouth, and makes the mistake of asking Beryl King, the rival rancher’s daughter, to dance.
A cheerful Western comedy of feuds and romance, with illustrations by Charles M. Russell. Download the free EPUB.
