Presented as the posthumous papers of Bradford Torrey Dodd, who died in New Zealand in 1895, the novel tells how he received wireless messages from Mars, and with them evidence that the dead live on there. An essay on the planet with notes from Schiaparelli’s work is appended.
An odd and fascinating early Mars novel by a curator at the American Museum of Natural History. Download the free EPUB.
