A short treatise on Christian union, urging believers to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. The writer gathers scripture images such as the joined scales of leviathan and Solomon’s “two are better than one” to argue that churches should not split over every speculation. Its attribution to Bunyan has been questioned, as the editors note.
A warm seventeenth-century appeal that still speaks to divided churches and readers of Puritan devotion. Download the free EPUB.
