In a future New York where worn-out organs can be swapped for new ones, Hugh Horner gets talking to a rub-down man at the Gotham Baths and is soon tangled up with a firm that supplies replacement bodies. What follows is a fast caper of crooks, chases and a dip in icy water, first printed in Fantastic in October 1956 under the pen name Leonard G. Spencer.
