Georgiana Carley, a wealthy and strong-willed young New Yorker, is courted by Sam Coast, a confident man of business, while her childhood friend Dick Coleman realises only as he prepares to leave for soldiering overseas that his boyish affection has become love. Fitch’s four acts follow the rivalry and her insistence on choosing for herself.
A polished Broadway comedy-drama by one of the most popular American playwrights of the early 1900s. Download the free EPUB.
