Grey Puss leaves the farmhouse to raise her kittens in the open countryside, where the young cats learn to hunt, play and survive. Each kitten has its own character, from the trickster to Big-Kitten and White-Kitten, and the Danish naturalist follows them without sentiment through the dangers of the fields.
