The Prem Sagar, the ocean of love, tells the story of Krishna from his birth and childhood among the cowherds of Braj through his battles with demons and kings and his life at Dwarka, following the tenth book of the Bhagavata Purana. Lallu Lal wrote it in early Hindi prose, and William Hollings translated it into English with notes in the text.
