Emma Watson, brought up by a wealthy aunt, returns to her father’s shabby parsonage at Winston and her husband-hunting sisters. Hubback takes up the story Jane Austen left unfinished in The Watsons and carries it through balls, misunderstandings and the attentions of Lord Osborne, Tom Musgrave and the clergyman Mr. Howard.
A fascinating curiosity for Austen readers by a niece who grew up among her family. Download the free EPUB.
