Compiled by a Dutch Mennonite minister and first published in 1660, this vast martyrology gathers accounts of believers who baptized only on confession of faith and suffered for it. It runs from the apostles through the early and medieval church to the Anabaptists burned, drowned and beheaded in sixteenth-century Europe, preserving their examinations, letters and confessions.
Long treasured in Amish and Mennonite homes, it is a monument of Reformation-era testimony. Download the free EPUB.
