Short rhymes and little stories for the very young: a new baby brought down by angels, a doll told to walk properly, ducks on the pond, a dancing dog, an organ-boy, children taking turns on a swing and a request for a donkey ride, each with a gentle lesson in kindness or good behaviour.
A small piece of Victorian nursery reading, sweet, pious and very much of its age. Download the free EPUB.
