Trot, a little girl who lives by the sea in California, and her friend Cap’n Bill, an old sailor with a wooden leg, are invited by mermaids to visit their kingdom under the waves. Given tails of their own, they tour the depths with Queen Aquareine and Princess Clia, until the wicked magician Zog and his sea devils threaten them all.
