Written for his own nursery under the pen-name Jean Jambon, this Victorian fantasy sends a group of children into Blunderland, where Alice herself appears among talking creatures, comic policemen and endless puns, in the spirit of Lewis Carroll’s Wonderland.
A curious early imitation of Alice, with sixty illustrations by Charles Doyle, father of Arthur Conan Doyle. Download the free EPUB.
