Dick Prescott and Greg Holmes, now officers in the Ninety-ninth Infantry, train their men at Camp Berry, deal with bad blood in the ranks and conscientious objectors, and track down German spies before shipping out with Pershing’s American Expeditionary Force. A troopship crossing under threat of U-boats takes them toward the front.
Patriotic First World War boys’ fiction, written with the anti-German fervour of 1918. Download the free EPUB.
