Back from Temple Camp, Pee-wee Harris is a scout without a patrol: his grand Pollywog Patrol has dissolved like shifting sand. Undaunted, the smallest, loudest scout of his troop builds castles in the air, starts rowing customers out to an island and, with a picnic table of tarts and a cast of indignant grown-ups, drifts into one comic scrape after another.
Breezy scouting humour from the 1920s, one of several Pee-wee Harris books. Download the free EPUB.
