Jerry Todd and his pals fix up Dad’s old clay scow as a floating theatre, with Scoop billed as the Great Kermann, magician, and a merry-go-round hand organ for an orchestra. The show season on the canal soon crosses an old family story of a box of bonds buried under a big tree on Oak Island, and a pair of enemies who want it first.
