The Italian economist Achille Loria sketches the life of Karl Marx, from his youth and exile to the decades of study in London that produced Capital. He sets out the theories of value, profit and history at the centre of Marx’s work and weighs their strengths and weaknesses, in Eden and Cedar Paul’s translation.
A brief, balanced introduction to Marx by a scholar who both admired and criticised him. Download the free EPUB.
