Delivered at the Raja-Yoga College at Point Loma in 1918–19, these lectures by the Welsh Theosophist Kenneth Morris treat world history as rising and falling waves of civilisation. He ranges from Homer, Aeschylus and Periclean Athens to Socrates and Plato, the Mauryas of India, Confucius and the Taoists, and the see-saw of power between China and Rome.
An idiosyncratic and often lyrical history of the ancient world seen through Theosophical eyes. Download the free EPUB.
